3. This creates slack in the belt that needs to be transferred to the drive end of the conveyor to permit belt removal. |

4. After sliding the belt clear of the drive pulley and bearing plate, slide it through the slot in the bottom of the frame and work it toward the tail of the conveyor. |

5. To place a belt back on the conveyor begin by placing the belt over the conveyor frame and from the idler end towards the drive, tuck the belt inside the flange of the frame. |

6. Replace the idler cartridge into position. |

7. Rotate the cartridge around until the setscrew is lined up with the pre-notched location in the frame. |

8. Rotate the setscrew counter-clockwise until flush with the frame. Conveyor is now ready for production! |
