Glass Cullet Conveyor Systems for Auto and Manual Breakout Tables
Innovative Conveyor Concepts Inc. glass cullet conveyor include two different type of cullet systems, manual or auto.
Manual Breakout Systems are designed to set on one or both sides of a manual breakout table. The glass is pushed off the air table into a hooper which sits on top of a steel hinged belt conveyor. The glass is partially broken by breaker bars in the hopper. After the glass is on the conveyor it is conveyed through the breaker roll where it is crushed. The crushed is then transported into a hopper or plant dumpster.

ICC Auto Glass Cullet SystemAuto Breakout System are designed to go underneath an automatic breakout. It collects the glass cullet on a steel hinged belt conveyor for transportation to a hopper or shipping container.
